Have you ever turned over the calendar to January 1st and thought ‘I’m not ready!’?

Goals and milestones are achieved when you take responsibility, authority and accountability for your time and actions.

By intentionally setting time aside to make authentic goals AND creating timelines and milestones to manage along the way – this is where you will experience a higher chance of real results.

Well, here we are - October! The start of Q4 for many small business owners. This thought may be a bit intimidating BUT the good news -- there are still 90 days left this year.

90 days for you to progress towards your Big Scary, Ambitious, Beautiful Goals. 

90 days to make a difference, make a shift before 2025 arrives!

This month’s article is for my business owners who find themselves struggling to build and grow their business.

For my business owners who are not hitting goals, questioning why they aren’t growing, or thinking about giving up.

For my business owners who want to grow but don’t know how to grow or what to do next.

For my business owners who are personally struggling, lack support and may be second guessing their decision to start a business.

Everyone wants more time.

And gurus are constantly flooding our feeds telling us that we all have the same 24 hours in a day and that it comes down to how we prioritize and manage our time.

Which is true – to an extent. We all have 24 hours in a day and understanding time management is important.

But, we DO NOT all have or use the same 24 hours in a day.

Let’s get right to the elephant in the room … yes, you are allowed to take time off as a business owner.

And that means a business owner at any stage of business too!

As a business owner at any stage, it is important to create a strong pricing strategy that fits your industry, your market, and the expectations of your customers.

Your pricing strategy also needs to fit your budget and income needs too!

The birds are chirping and flowers are blooming, welcoming another spring.

Do I dare ask … is your bank account budding and blooming as well?

As we turn the calendar to May, we are now passed the stress of income tax season and well into the second quarter of the 2024 fiscal year for many business owners.

Now is the time for an accountability check and to really look at the progress of your business goals and sales goals.

For today’s article, I want to focus on ensuring your pricing strategy matches your sales goals.

Today, February 6th kicks off International Networking Week so it’s a prime opportunity to talk about networking and why it’s essential to entrepreneurs in 2023. In my opinion, both in-person and online/virtual networking are critical to the success of start-ups and experienced entrepreneurs regardless of your industry.

❤ Love comes in all shapes, sizes, words, and actions.

There are different types of love that we show towards our partner, our children, our family, our friends, our pets, our favourite coat. 😁

But real and true love comes from our core, our soul and if we don’t feel love for ourselves, then we struggle to show love to others.

Unpopular opinion ... Entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone.

It is a lifestyle that will impact all aspects of your life. It is a constant learning experience that with the right support, guidance and community from the beginning, you can be unstoppable. It can be a phenomenal journey like no other that will take you places and provide freedoms and opportunities that your 9-5 job doesn’t have the ability to fulfill.
