These are built and customized based on my experience working with over 5,000 Founders and Entrepreneurs over the last 10 years.

Let’s start with a 20-Minute Discovery Call. There is no fee (at all!) and it allows you to meet me and me to ask you some questions to learn about where you are in your journey and how I can best help you or refer you to other resources or services that would benefit you.

90-Minute Private Consultation

Regardless of if you are in the “thinking of starting a business” phase or a Founder who has been in the trenches for 10 years, you will always have questions about opportunities to take to grow your business or best practices or need help overcoming a challenge or barrier.

Business Planning & Strategy Development Consultations

This option is one step further than the above consultation style. It’s a multi-consultation package that allows us to work together to go deeper into your business from operations to financials to growth strategy or all of the above.

I’d like you to meet Sara!

Sara started her landscape design business a few years ago and has great success and growth. She has proven that there is a market for her services and made $200K in sales last year.

When we connected, she wanted help with understanding if she could financially afford to hire 1-2 junior designers, start leasing an office space and/or draw an income of $100K per year.

After chatting for 15 minutes, Sara clarified that she had no experience with budgeting, projecting cash flow or understanding what the reports showed in her accounting software.

She was currently working with a business coach but they didn’t offer financial forecasting, budgeting or training to help her understand the numbers that made her business.

She started to get quiet and shared that she was awkward and embarrassed to admit that she didn’t honestly know how she had made the money she had so far and really had no idea how to grow those numbers.

Sara signed up for a financial strategy consultation package and received 3 potential strategies ranging between realistic and ambitious cash flow projections to achieve at minimum 2 of her goals and all of her goals.

I reviewed each strategy in detail with Sara, as well as helped her identify the specific areas of her business to make decisions on to hit those financial growth milestones that would allow her to hire, lease and pay herself the income she desired.

We reviewed different budgeting options and how to take these strategies and be able to project future cash flow in the future.

• 20-30 minute discovery call

• Once the project commences, a client form will be sent to you to complete which will include a list of questions and background information to help me understand your current situation and will be customized based on your strategy needs.

  • Additional documents may also be requested including financial statements, sales reports, etc.

• One, 60-minute consultation will be scheduled to review your form answers and request feedback, as needed.

• 2-3 strategies and action plans will be created to present and discuss with you to apply steps and implement starting immediately (or based on your preferred timeline).

• One, 90-minute planning session will be scheduled to review the strategies and action plans and answer any questions you may have regarding details or implementation strategy.

Virtual strategy sessions start at $1,555 (+ HST)

• One, 6-hour planning session* will be scheduled to review the strategies and action plans and answer any questions you may have regarding details or implementation strategy.

In-person strategy sessions start at $2,497 (+ HST)
